Conceived as a study in intentional living, this residence challenges the idea that luxury is defined by scale. The architecture was designed as a continuous experience, where integrated millwork, concealed storage, and uninterrupted material transitions allow each space to flow naturally into the next. Inspired by the precision of yacht interiors and the openness of California living, every design decision was made to simplify daily life while encouraging connection and gathering. The project reflects CASA's belief that the most memorable homes aren't necessarily the biggest—they're the ones where every detail feels considered and serves a purpose.
